Winter Wishes - Whimsy & Stars Design Release of Snowy

You guessed it.........it's new release day at Whimsy and Stars Studio, and I am so excited to introduce you to "Snowy".  Isn't she the most adorable little snowgirl you have ever laid eyes on, and roasting a marshmallow by the fire......Mabelle is a genious! :)  Snowy can be found in shop and ready for instant download!

I decided to paper piece her snowsuit, add ultra-fine glitter to all the fur trim, and for the sentiment I heat embossed it.  Did you notice the marshmallow on the bottom? It's my favorite - lightly toasted! Where's the chocolate and graham crackers!! :)

Sorry for being a little witch - TPE220

Happy Saturday - hope you're enjoying your weekend!  My DH are celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, so we made dinner plans for this evening.  We had a wonderful dinner, and afterwards, he drove to the little chapel in the woods where we were married.  Tonight, reminded me so much of that day - with the sun setting casting a pink glow in the sky, a cool damp chill in the air, and the leaves turning.  My son walked me down the aisle, and my daughter was my Maid of Honor.  It was a small wedding of 50, but it was 50 of the most imporant family and friends.  A day, I will always remember. :)

This card was created for TPE's color challenge this week - black, orange and purple.  I hope you don't mind a little green too! :)

seasons greetings - Paper Smooches October 7-13 Trend Watch challenge and FTL262

TGIF! I don't know about you, but I am thrilled that the weekend has finally arrived!  My DH and I have plans to attend a HUGE Fall Festival tomorrow with hundreds of crafters and food booths.  I'm really excited to go - I always find so many unique pieces! :)

This card was created for Paper Smooches Trend Watch Challenge - Lace and I also followed a sketch from FTL262. I decided to use embossed snowflakes for my lace.  What is more lacier than snowflakes??? The stamps that I used are from two different sets from Paper Smooches - Swanky Snowdudes and Merry Motifs.  As I purchase more and more sets from Paper Smooches, I find that they can be mixed and matched! :)
