It is absolutely freezing here today - well below zero, too cold to go out! My DH said he knows it's too cold if I haven't ventured out to my favorite scrapbook store on my day off! Huh, got him fooled....I was there last weekend! :) Needless to say, I have been in my studio all day, warm and cozy, creating away.I know most of you who visit my blog may find this card totally unlike anything I normally create, but everytime I visit Moxie Fab's blog, I get this urge to create CAS. So, based off of this week's Tuesday Trigger photo for inspiration this is what I came up with. I'm so happy that I had a reason to go back to this set of PTI's stamps and dies again. I also decided to make my pillow a heart and stir towards a more masculine Valentine - no pink and red. :)
Cardstock and polka dot paper, twine, stamps and twine from PTI, stripe and text DP from MME. The paper flower is handmade from a vintage pattern that I have been hanging on to that I finally put to work for me! See....I haven't been able to let go completely! It is a modern meets vintage type of card! :)

I had that set on my list on my last order and marked it off because I was afraid I had spent too much.
