Oh baby, it may be Spring, but I'm not feeling it yet here in Chicago! Atleast the sky is blue and the sun is shining - but very deceiving! It's cold outside. This card was created based off of this week's challenge at The Kraft Journal - "Oh Baby - It's Spring!"
