Just a quick post and run........not feeling too well this evening, but wanted to fit this card into my schedule. It's hard for me to pass up one of my very favorite colors - blue! :)
This card was created based off of this week's color scheme at
CR84FN - aqua, steel blue and gray. One of the thing's that I enjoy most about Mona's color challenges is....these are colors I would have never thought to use, but once I do...I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you Mona. :)
DP's used are once again scraps (lovin' it) from Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon, vellum butterfly from K&Co., pearl flourish from Zva, decorative pin from JBS (I altered the color with a Copic), paper flower from Prima, seam binding ribbon from Martha Stewart, diecut from Spellbinders, frame stamp from Waltzing Mouse, sentiment from PTI, misc. rhinestone adhesives and paper doily.

Ooh, aaah! This is an amazing card. I just am so smitten with that butterfly and all the subtle extra detail. The flower is also a real stunner. The design of your card is supurb. Beautifully done.
