Happy Saturday - I am so happy it is the weekend! Yesterday,I spend the better half of the day with my Grandson. I picked him up a basket full of goodies for Valentine's Day - one being a cute little book titled "Elmo Loves Hugs". Although, he is only 13 months old, he loves to bring you a book, his blankie and his pacifier, and will sit on your lap for you to read to him. He is a blessing! :)This card was created based off of this week's color challenge at The Play Date Cafe. I just love these color's - so soft and serene - I just had to play along. I decided to do things a little differently this time. One being......make my own flower. I played around and played around, and finally was happy with the final product. I also embellished a little differently as well. I used my Copics to color my natural white twine and to color all the pearls used for my touch of pink.
