Happy Spring - Create for Cards

TGIF - so happy Friday is here!  It has been a long week waiting for this day to come.  I have the weekend with my Grandson, and he is always such a joy to be with! :)

This card was created based off of this weeks challenge at Create for Cards.  The challenge - Spring!  Yes....it's finally here! :)

Just a quick post and run.....I am exhausted after a day of baseball, basketball, kickball, football, golf and LaCrosse.  Did I tell you, he loves to play with balls?

BOY - Moxie Fab's Tuesday Trigger - Sweet Surprise

Happy Saturday!  I finished all my preparations for tomorrow's big Easter dinner, and I thought what better way to relax than to create a card.  So....I went looking thru all my favorite spots in "blog-land" for some inspiration, and came upon Cath's "Tuesday Trigger" at Moxie Fab World, and it was a "Sweet Surprise".

I just love ginghams, and blue is my favorite color, but when I saw this picture, I thought "baby".  The white so fresh and clean and the pale blue so.....well, b-o-y of course! :)

I had some gingham scraps laying around, both ribbon and paper, and those little beads...a jar filled with them that I used ages ago and never used again.  Diecuts are Spellbinders, felt and stamp from PTI.

The end to another weekend......where does the time go?  Somehow, the time never moves this quickly during the work week! ;)

I had time for one more card this evening and I decided to play along with MME.  I can't get enough of these beautiful woodgrain papers!  I used them on every card I made this weekend - one way or another! :)

Easter wishes - CP158

Happy day to you! :)  I hope you are enjoying your day - beautiful - clear, sunny and warm today in Chicago.  I have lived here almost my entire life, and I have never experienced a winter or March weather like this!  I am not complaining! :)

I have one more card to post today.  This card was created based off of this week's sketch at Card Patterns.  I tweeked it a little bit, only because I didn't want to hide my little bunny! :)
